We aim to deliver the products you purchase as fast as possible and in the most brilliant condition. For every Purchase that is worth Rs. 599 or above that, we shall deliver your order at your doorstep with no charge. We offer free shipping on all orders, both COD and Prepaid.

· If an order gets cancelled, undelivered or is lost in route to your preferred destination, we’ll refund the whole order amount of a prepaid order or we can reship the order if the customer wants us to.

· If you want to cancel the order, try to cancel it before it ships.

· Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address, update the phone number, or cancel the order.

· Please do not provide an international number when placing the order. A valid national phone number is required so that our team or the courier partner can contact you , and so that you can receive the OTP required for delivery.

1. Can you tell us the shipping charges on BONGMADE’s products?

Bongmade offers shipping for free, within India, on all its products,

2. How long does it take for an order to reach us?

We strive to process all the orders and also ship within a day. The exact time of shipping is dependent on availability of some products; which will be discussed during the course of ordering the product. According to the shipping address that must be within India, after ordering, it could only take anywhere between 7 to 10 working days for the order to be delivered. A rare case may dictate for the order to get delayed due to the non-accessibility of the address.

3. Does BONGMADE deliver any product outside India?

Bongmade doesn’t deliver its products anywhere outside India. Only the placement of the order can be done from anywhere on the planet, but the address of delivery must be within India.

4. I have ordered from BONGMADE before, and I received the product then; however I’m unable to place any order to the same address now!

Some of the pin codes which used to be serviced by Bongmade earlier are now unserviceable because of courier issues. If you place an order with these pin codes now, we will be unable to fulfill or even take the order that you’re trying to place. You can provide another address whose pin code is serviceable and you’ll be able to place the order successfully. 5. On your website, you say dispatch within 24 hours, but the delivery takes much longer. Why?

We process the orders and ship them out of Bongmade’s warehouse within a day (24 hours). After dispatch, the delivery of the order takes 7 to 10 working days to reach the delivery address.

6. What are the means of delivery?

Depending upon the location and your reach, Bongmade also employs other domestic service providers that are also reliable, for the delivery of its products.
